**JOB PURPOSE**:
You will provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team facilitating the processes that ensure the learner is registered and can complete assessments as well as other administrative support.

You will develop skills and complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship as part of the programme. You will be supported by a mentor to develop knowledge and skills to be able to support sector specific tasks such as registering learners for assessment and completing evidence uploads.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring apprenticeship administrative processes are followed correctly and in a timely manner to improve learner experience and reduce costs.
- Ensuring finance processes including purchase order requisition and invoicing are carried out correctly, working closely with with the finance team to ensuring all processes are followed and compliance maintained
- Maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and end poin assessment organisations.
- Sourcing best value form external suppliers
- Any other Administrative duties as appropriate

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve
- Relevant Level 2 qualification (desirable)
- Previous Administration experience (desirable)
- Strong IT skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £21,000.00 per year
