We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support both the Exams and Data departments at our college. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the administrative tasks of both the Exams and Data departments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking day-to-day administrative tasks as required by both departments, ensuring efficient operations.
- Collecting, checking, inputting, and submitting data using in-house databases and external systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Assisting in capturing learner data related to achievements to ensure comprehensive audit evidence.
- Supporting the college with enrolment functions and administrative tasks as needed.
- Actively participating as a full member of the Data & Exams teams, collaborating closely with colleagues, managing workloads, and attending team meetings as required.
- Undertaking some evening and weekend work as required to meet operational needs.
- Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the role as required.
Training:
- You will complete a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
**Salary**: £7.69 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
