About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient administrator to join our Stroke Team at Lister Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative duties, including data collection and input onto the Stroke national database (SSNAP).

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail. They will also possess strong time management and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Stroke Data Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance of the stroke team by developing in-depth knowledge of the stroke database and training others when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the stroke database
  • Providing administration support to the stroke team
  • Training other staff members on the use of the stroke database
  • Supporting the performance of the stroke team through investigation and communication with other teams

Requirements:

  • GCSE/NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Data administration/inputting experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent keyboard/computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Methodical and organized approach to workload
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
