We are currently working with a growing Client based in Stevenage who are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Overview of duties:

- Dealing with all claims from Customers and liaising with all teams to ensure an efficient and timely service is given
- Processing all invoices ( weekly and monthly)
- Assisting with petty cash and credit card payments
- Ordering weekly office supplies
- Being responsible for all ad-hoc arrangements required

This role is based in Stevenage and will be office based (working hours 9am - 5pm) with an hours lunch break.
