We are currently looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our busy team in Stevenage

**Salary**:£18,000 - £23,300 per annum depending on experience

**Contract Type**:Full Time, Permanent

**Accounts Administrator Duties**:
Working as part of a friendly team, your duties will include the following:

- Collate, check and process purchase invoices, inputting the invoices on the system
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Processing Weekly and monthly payment runs
- Dealing with invoice queries from both suppliers and customers
- Processing receipts from customers onto Sage
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

**Accounts Administrator Requirements**:

- Experience within an administration role,
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Excel and Sage 200 would be beneficial
