**About the Role**

As an Admissions Officer you will play a pivotal part in enrolling new apprentices on to their health and social care apprenticeship, guaranteeing that every apprentice experiences a learner journey that is safe, rewarding and satisfying. Providing exceptional administrative support and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate completion of the admissions process and relevant reporting within agreed deadlines.

**Main responsibilities and duties**
- Ensure 100% compliance of all learner and employer documentation throughout the learner journey, liaising directly with delivery staff, learners, and employers to ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance documentation during onboarding.
- Handle the admissions process for all apprentices, including documentation and evidence, ensuring full compliance with regulatory bodies.
- Actively maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes within apprenticeship funding rules.
- Monitor and complete accurate documentation on internal systems such as individual action/assessment plans, skills scans, and initial assessments.
- Support employers in setting up and maintaining DAS/TAS and Levy accounts.
- Manage and deliver induction sessions
- Process new starts onto internal systems and assist delivery teams with funding queries.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality, taking effective action to improve it.
- Enrol a cohort of learners, setting clear milestones for achievement.

**Essential Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications**
- Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care, and relevant Teaching/Assessors qualification.
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in Adult Health and Social Care
- GCSE C minimum (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of working within the Apprenticeship industry.
- A good understanding of the eligibility and apprenticeship process.

**What Benefits Can You Expect?**
- Salary £25,000 to £26,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. (33 in Total)
- Additional day off for your Birthday
- Christmas Shutdown
- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 4pm
