Scheduling Administrator

I am working with a leading property maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit a Scheduling Administrator to join the team near Redruth. You will be assisting the team with general administration and scheduling appointments.
Duties will include:
- Making outbound calls to tenants
- Booking appointments
- Scheduling work for engineers
- Diary management
- Processing of information
- Scanning documents, faxing, filing, photocopying
- Answering telephones, dealing with queries
- liaising with tenants, contractors and clients
- Inputting job details onto system
- Have previous office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Need to be organised
- Have the ability to work in a busy environment
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Have the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience within construction, maintenance or housing
- Hours will be Mon - Fri 8.00am to 4.30pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
