Parts Advisor

SES Autoparts, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Parts Adviser to join our team at our Redruth branch. With over 100 employees across 7 branches, we are continuously expanding and providing excellent service to our customers.

Job Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders
- Communicate effectively with the team, customers and suppliers
- Work with supplier catalogues to identify and source parts
- Using computer systems

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using computer systems
- Welcoming and open character
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Team player, reliable, and consistent
- Curious to learn, develop, and contribute
- Able to complete end-to-end administrative routines and processes

Working Hours:

- 44.5 hours - Monday to Friday, plus every other Saturday morning on a rota basis.
