Job Title: Finance Administrator

Reports To: Finance and Office Manager
Contract Type: Part Time Permanent
Hours: 16 hours per week (2 or 3 days of your choice)

Monday to Friday 8:30 -16:30 (including 30 min lunch break)

**Salary**: £22,000 PA (£8,800 Pro Rata for Part Time)
Location: Office-based in Derby

**Summary**:
To support the Finance and Office Manager in providing an effective and efficient finance and administration service to Nine Dots Development

**Role Duties**:

- Creating new customers and suppliers on Xero
- Processing of purchase invoices and employee expense claims
- Creating sales invoices
- Reconciling the bank statement on a daily basis to ensure all invoices have been received and processed
- Credit control, to ensure all outstanding debtors are paid on time
- Raising payments to suppliers and customers
- Sending reports to the Management Team as and when requested
- Spreadsheet analysis of data as and when requested, therefore knowledge of Excel is useful
- Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
- Looking after office maintenance as and when required
- Ensure office supplies are well stocked
- General admin duties, filing, photocopying, answering the telephone, etc.
