JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
LOCATION: Work from home
HEAD OFFICE: Wyvern Business Park, Derby
TYPE: Full time (40 hours per week)

Workchain Ltd is a nationwide supplier of temporary and permanent staffing services in the Driving, Industrial and Commercial sectors. We are a young, dynamic company that has experienced phenomenal growth over the last few years. We are looking for enthusiasticpeople with a similar drive to succeed to further expand our business.
JOB PURPOSE:
Working as part of the payroll team within the finance department, you will support the existing team in processing the weekly payroll cycle, which includes checking the right to work documentation for new starters, checking and processing timesheets, holidaypay, processing P45’s and dealing with pay queries.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
We are willing to consider applicants without previous payroll/finance experience, or applicants with an administration background, who are interested in a career in payroll. Applicants must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be ableto use MS office competently. Experience of Sage Payroll would be beneficial, but not essential. Full training on the company software and procedures will be provided. In addition, applicants must be/have the following
