- Answering incoming calls
- Taking messages
- General office duties including electronic filing / photocopying
- An excellent telephone manner
- Possess impeccable organisational skills
- Work in a reactive and pressurised environment to tight deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Exel, Word & Outlook
- Computer literate
As administrator you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a patient and friendly manner at all times. Being a good ' people person' you will have good customer service skills.
You must be able to work within the surroundings of a very busy office environment, work to deadlines with impeccable time management.

08:00 - 17:00
