Job Title: Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Absolutely Recruitment. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send packs to clients prior to delivery
  • Assist in monitoring and managing client services and insurance reminders
  • Prepare contract review presentation documentation
  • Produce client-related reports and manage client administration
  • Administer and report on company activities
  • Process daily invoicing efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
  • Administration skills and experience
  • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in the automotive or fleet management sector is desirable
