Job Type: Temporary Position - 3-month contract

**Salary**: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour.

We are currently looking to recruit a temporary administration assistant to support our administration team. You will be required to undertake general office duties, which include:

- Answering the telephone to help screen incoming calls.
- Scanning documents into the computer system.
- Re-organising of files both computer and hard copies.
- Updating of documents and records.
- Creating and maintaining records and documents.
- You will also be required to provide refreshments to the head office staff and visitors.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- Enjoys a varied role.
- Effective team player.
- Strong IT skills

**Experience**:
1+ years’ experience in an administration role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sevenoaks: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)
