Our client, a growing engineering company is seeking a capable temporary Administrator to work in their Sevenoaks office.

Initially a temp role but it could become permanent.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Compliance administration for the maintenance team
- Call out management administration for engineers, clients and sub-contractors
- Entering engineers’ time sheets and report sheets ensuring they are in on time and completed correctly
- Upkeep of various spreadsheets
- Final completion and internal distribution of site manuals
- Management of staff uniform and tool allocation
- Raising purchase orders
- Provision of mobilisation manuals and manual renewal
- Raise and price invoicing for approval with director
- Sub-contractor administration management i.e., information and certificates, renewal date/price increases
- General office admin i.e. typing quotations, post, filling, memos, scanning, holiday forms etc.

**PERSON SPEC**:

- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of answering the phone with a clear speaking voice
- PC literate - Excel
- Available to start this temp role within a couple of weeks
