What you’ll do at Elekta

The Head of Service & Order Fulfillment - Region Europe will provide strategic and operational leadership for our Customer Facing Professional Services teams. The Head of Service & Order Fulfillment will have the responsibility to maximize the regional revenue and ensure delivery execution service excellence for customers.

The role holder will lead the organization to drive P&L optimization in maximizing Topline growth while improving execution efficiency to grow margin and improve the EBITA. The Head of Service & Order Fulfillment will also set up a robust operational organization that will focus on delivering across the customer journey with a customer centric methodology.

The role holder will lead the organization to maximize the P&L top line growth by improving contract penetration and negotiations, services pricing at Point of sales, upsell of upgrades and Add-ons and business development of new service sales products (radiation management, consulting.) The Head of Service & Order Fulfillment will also collaborate with all functions to identify opportunities of services sales growth.

This position’s success will be measure based on top line and Margin growth coupled with customer satisfaction and execution excellence.

The right stuff

To further describe the role, the Head of Service & Order Fulfillment - Region Europe will drive the Service & Order Fulfilment team strategy with full alignment with the region strategy to maximize customer satisfaction, and plan, manage and monitor the implementation of operational activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans and to continuously enhance the customer journey. Other responsibilities include:

- Establish a culture of customer centricity from order delivery to service delivery
- Establish financial targets for individuals and teams and identify opportunities to minimise cost and increase sales/revenue.
- Drive the services sales activity in partnership with all functions to maximize top line revenue and achieve customer clinical needs.
- Support the Contract renewal activity to drive increased revenue, on time renewal and robust back office processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and monitor client experience and contractual compliance for all relevant contracts.
- Suggest and drive go to market strategy and lead targeted campaigns to create new selling opportunity for services.
- Actively interact with other functions and operations within the Elekta Group to ensure timely delivery of products as well as giving active market input to the product development process.
- Establish a creative, dynamic and empowered open work environment integrating the Elekta Values throughout Service & Order Fulfilment operations.
- Retain, monitor, coordinate and deploy the operative business needs and promote cross functional and cross organizational collaboration within the Service & Order Fulfilment business line.
- Manage and take overall responsibility at a business line level for the adoption of all Company technology tools including CLM, Movex, Workday, Medius and all associated IT infrastructure Measure and review the operational performance of the business line, highlighting and communicating any improvements where necessary to the EVP, Region Europe
- Ensure that all Service & Order Fulfilment business line activities and operations are carried out in compliance with all relevant legislation and Elekta quality standards and policies
- Take responsibility for the attraction, retention and development of the capabilities (competencies, knowledge, skills and experience) of the Service & Order Fulfilment direct reports
- Ensure that regular face-to-face performance and coaching meeting take place with all direct reports and where necessary ensure that any underperformance/training needs identified are documented and HR support requested
