- Join the team at Thurlow Nunn Distrigo in Norwich. Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator / Purchase Administrator to manage our growing vehicle fleet and support our purchasing operations.**Fleet Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Promptly resolve any unscheduled maintenance issues.
- Ensure all vehicles are MOT'd, taxed, and meet legal requirements.
- Oversee the refurbishment and preparation of lease vehicles for collection.

**Purchase Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Purchase Manager and Senior Purchase Administrator in day-to-day operations.
- Help in processing orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Ensure the efficient and timely ordering of goods and services.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to purchasing strategy and cost-saving measures.
- Support the inventory coordinator team in investigating stock discrepancies.

**Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Experience in fleet administration or purchase management preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
