**Working Hours**:_08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday_

**Location**:Gasway Head Office, Norwich.

In this hybrid role you will be supporting the provision of both fleet and procurement services to Gasway. In the procurement aspect of the role you will be liaising with merchants with the ability to build and uphold professional relationships. They would also be able to support compliance buying under the social housing framework and provisions, ensuring the correct route to market is being upheld and adhered to. Including updating, monitoring, and reporting on the compliance of service level agreements by our supply chain at individual branch level. All with our Flagship value in mind of “spending money wisely”.

Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience within a regulated environment.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience of purchasing and liaising with, suppliers

3. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent

4. Full UK driving licence

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly “can-do” attitude

6. Self-motivated and highly organised

7. Good attention to detail even when working under pressure

8. Strong Team player with an ability to use own initiative and resolve simple problems

9. Able to cope with changes of tasks as priorities change through the day / week

11. Ability to manage internal / external customers and their expectations

12. Well-presented and enthusiastic

13. Able to undertake work of a confidential nature

14. Able to work in a busy office environment

15. Ability to build and uphold professional relationships with proven experience

16. Able to support team members in busy periods

Contract: 6-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
