**Purpose of Role**:
The key purpose of this role is providing administrative support to the existing team, ensuring that a continual level or professionalism is met.
This is a fully onsite role at our state of the art facility in Newtown, Powys.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Travel Co-ordination - booking flights, hotels, transfers Co-ordinating Customer Visits - working with hosts on Agendas, booking transfers, hotels, lunches and dinners.
- Meet & Greet visitors
- Building relationships with Hotels and Restaurants in local areas to enable Control Techniques to have a preferential rate for repeat business
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets regarding all travel scheduled, booked etc
- General Admin support
**Qualification and Experience;**
No formal qualifications are required for this role
**Essential**:
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Be able to work on all levels ie up to Exec level
- Very proactive
