Business Services Administrator

TD Recruitment are currently looking for experienced business service administrator to join our client in Barking.
Job duties:
- Administrative support for Cory Logistics and Business Services.
- Dealing with all incoming enquiries and forwarding to the relevant department.
- Assistance with formatting reports and customer communications.
- To provide a professional reception service and efficient front line telephone service.
- Co-ordinate Visitor Management System.
- To manage of all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries.
- To organise all hospitality arrangements for site including H & S arrangements.
- Raise Purchase Orders and set up relevant suppliers on in house system.
- Invoice reconciling.
- Maintaining the holiday allowances/absences register for site.
- Ensure office is kept to a good standard, maintaining office supplies e.g., stationery and kitchen supplies.
- Collate and process invoices and raise POs on relevant system.
- Manage inductions and new starter procedure.
- Ensure all personnel changes are duly reported to HR and Payroll.
- Update and maintain Health & Safety portal.
- Control filing systems.
- Assist Transfer Manager with personnel file management and collation of reports.
- Formatting reports for production and sales.
- Commodity sales tender process in line with company policies and procedures.
Essential skills and experience
- Attention to detail.
- Administration.
- Problem solving.
- Organised and self-motivated.
- Proven reception experience.
- Office 365. Desirable skills and experience
- HR/H&S Portals.
- Waste industry experience.
Start: As soon as possible
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
