This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday.

**Finance Administrator responsibilities include**:
- Under the direction of the Financial Controller, ensure that a high level of accuracy is maintained in financial transactions and reporting for the business.
- Maintain finance department purchase ledger.
- Debt recovery and reporting.
- Invoicing & commercial costing.
- Adhoc administrative tasks e.g. payroll journals, letters to suppliers & petty cash.
**Finance Administrator requirements include**:
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Some experience in accounting systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong numeracy ability and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems and a structured/resilient approach to work.
