You will be the primary point of contact for all non-voice incoming communication for customer, their chosen representative, and all vendors.

You will need to ensure that all queries are processed in a timely way and deadlines are achieved.
- Evaluate case information, evidence, and relevant factors to make fair and informed judgement calls.
- Daily account updating and returning all generated files in line with agreed formatting.
- Assist with on-boarding queries escalated by vendors following loan placement.
- Work towards and reach all goals and measures set
- Mailbox management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
- Assist colleagues and work within a team in support of department goals, demonstrating ability to work collaboratively and with a strong team spirit.
- A willingness to accept additional responsibilities and take on ad hoc projects as required.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) grade C or above in Maths and English
- Good verbal and written communication skills to speak positively and clearly with customers and colleagues
- We use a few computer systems so being able to use multiple computer systems is key.
- Good numeracy skills to identify, set up, calculate the best payment plan for customers where relevant
- Problem-solving skills to provide the best solution for the customer and the business

**Role Package**

Hours of Work: Full time permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week paid monthly and 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
