The role of Quality Co-ordinator is a key position that is vital to the long-term goals of the Pruce Newman way.

You will be based at the company head office in Wymondham (just outside Norwich), Norfolk. Salary is £30,000 per annum plus Cash Car Allowance.

This role is vital in ensuring we maintain our high level of quality standards with both our employees and customers.

Main roles include maintaining compliance with all Company quality procedures and implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management system to maintain its ISO 9001 and other 3rd party certification.

**Key Responsibilities** - **Quality Assurance Management**
- Maintain QA policy and procedures.
- Responsibility for document control
- Record and implement customer satisfaction process.
- Conduct Internal Audits, record and feedback any NCR and support with corrective actions or improvements.
- Maintain industry accreditation compliance - main point of contact for third party audits.
- Support suppliers and subcontractors in achieving the Company’s quality system requirements.
- Develop and maintain the supply chain database.
- Provide accurate KPI’s and reports to the Board of Directors & Senior Management team.
- Carry out site quality inspections as and when required.
- Ensuring that project quality packs are completed with the required information.
- Ensuring that projects are completed and closed out according to relevant quality requirements

**Qualifications/Experience Requirements**

**Essential**
- Experience
- ISO 9001 lead auditor qualifications
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Full driving licence

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
