**Job Description**:
As a Project Coordinator at Purecontent, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating projects that span multiple departments, including content creation, digital marketing, and outreach. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are planned effectively, executed efficiently, and delivered on time. Your expertise in project planning and account management will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between various teams and departments (content, digital marketing, outreach) to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project promptly and effectively, ensuring mínimal disruption to the timeline and deliverables.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a content creation, digital marketing, or agency environment.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
