**Customer Care Coordinator - Bury St. Edmunds - Permanent - £25,000 - £27,000**
**Introduction**
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a House Builder for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team for a permanent role.
This role involves working closely with customers and contractors in order to resolve any defects and provide an excellent level of customer service whilst supporting the wider team.
**The Role**:
- Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will deliver an excellent level of customer care service meeting the needs of homeowner after the sale and throughout their warranty period.
- Understanding and discussing defects that arise within the properties to ensure the relevant trades are appointed.
- Provide support and advice to sub-contractors and customer care operatives, scheduling works as required as closing works out keeping the customer updated along the way.
- Speak with Site or Constructions teams as necessary to ensure customers’ queries are answered accurately, efficiently and consistently.
**Key Skills**:
- Experience of delivering high end customer service in a similar environment whether Property, Construction, Luxury Sales based industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
