**Global Employee Relations Specialist**

**Locations**: Cambridge, Macclesfield or Gothenburg

**Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office**

The role supports the Global Employee Relation teams in global projects with a specific focus on ER systems, metrics and data insights

**Accountabilities**
- Closely collaborates with the Global ER Teams, ER Community and HRDs (system users) as ER system administrator for the global case management system;
- Train new users on global case management system and Global ER Dashboard and collaborate with Global Policy and Capability Development Manager to identify capability improvement areas;
- Conduct quality check on AZethics cases to ensure data quality and adherence to Investigation process;
- Monitor the quality of the global investigation process to ensure consistency between the output of the investigation and the disciplinary sanctions, and escalate to Global ER Director if needed in case of gaps or deviations;
- Periodically monitor the average time of investigations and the quality of material uploaded;
- Analyse the global ER case data to gather insights for improvement, suggest preventing and remediation actions with a specific focus on bullying and harassment, sexual harassment;
- Provide updated analysis on bullying and harassment, sexual harassment cases for periodic bullying and harassment, Sexual Harassment Review Committee meetings;
- Coordinate discussion and case review within the bullying & harassment, sexual harassment Working Group;
- Support Regional HRVPs and HRDs with SET Areas, Country/Clusters analysis and insights;
- Supports the team in the implementation of new projects;
- Collaborate with Compliance on case management system data quality, implementation of new system functionalities, reporting, investigation accountabilities (triage of cases);
- Act as Mediator to informally resolve conflicts arising across countries;
- Provide cover for the Employee Relations Co-ordinator accountabilities in support of the ECC
- Manages all activities according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and local legislation.

**Essential**
- Graduate in HR or related field
- Previous experience in HR
- Ability to engage cross-functional working groups and teams
- Good project management skills
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Problem solving ability and analytical mindset

**Desirable**
- CIPD
