**Ecommerce Executive**

**Glasgow - Hybrid/Flexible Working**

**Up to £30,000 negotiable**

A leading Scottish retailer and e-commerce business is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join its established marketing and digital team and drive online Marketplaces. The business turns over £10 million annually through its website, offering over 14,000 products to B2C and B2B customers across various regions. In this role, you will report to the Head of Commercial and be responsible for running and maximizing the performance of all online marketplaces.

As Ecommerce Executive you will maximise visibility, exposure and revenue on a range of third-party selling platforms. You will be experienced in the wide range of various digital avenues, expanding their current digital offering and in turn, working to attract a greater number of customers to the brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all products are added to each marketplace in line with the marketplace requirements.
- Maintaining all areas of products on each marketplace.
- Maximising product descriptions, titles & USPs.
- Ensuring each marketplace is categorised in the best way possible to maximise visibility and sales.
- Ensuring new ranges and product launches run smoothly liaising with buying and marketing teams.
- Working with spreadsheets to upload products to digital channels.
- Checking all products link to the stock management system.
- Bug reporting to developers and testing of subsequent fixes.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain up-to-date product information and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with and growing online marketplaces.
- Experience in maximising online marketplaces.
- Experience working with Website CMS or data uploads into websites.
- Experience working in a retail-orientated e-commerce environment.
- Ability to work with data and specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in liaising with multiple departments within a company.

**Package**:
This role offers a competitive annual salary of up to £30,000, with room for flexibility. Benefits include hybrid working, flexible hours, 30 days of annual leave, full on-the-job training, and access to the company pension and private healthcare schemes.

**Please note**:_all applicants must be based closeby to Glasgow, able to commute into the office several days per work, and have the right to work. No sponsorship is offered._

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
