Advanced Clinical Practitioner

gtd healthcare _is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Advanced Clinical Practitioner ACP/ANP to join one of our larger practices in Buxton. Elmwood Medical Centre is situated in an idyllic rural area of Buxton, Derbyshire on the doorstep of the famous Pavilion gardens. The practice is a 30-45 minute commute from Stockport/Tameside/Greater Manchester/Sheffield areas and has free on site car parking. The practice has a list size of approx 7500 patients and would involve collaboratively working within the wider high peak PCN, our care homes and our community services. The practice has a multidisciplinary team to support the GPs, including ACPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacist, HCA and ARRS funding roles such as MSK & Mental health practitioners.
