Job Description: Healthcare Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care and support to patient
- Take and record blood pressure, heigh and weight for annual reviews, perform phlebotomy services, INR clinics (with training), administering vaccinations
- Assist with medical procedures, including wound care and specimen collection
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Knowledge of basic chronic disease reviews is advantageous
