Optima Consumer Credit Ltd is a family owned business based in Chesterfield, S43 3TN. We are professional, agile and social.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm, with flexibility to cover annual leave.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering retailer/customer queries and liaising between our retailers and funding partners.
- Dealing with everyday enquiries which can relate to finance payments, reductions in finance, underwriting referrals, requesting proofs of ID from customers.
- Dealing with any issues with retailer’s finance facility eg: IT/system errors etc. (Training provided).
- Calling customers on a recorded line to confirm receipt of goods and taking note of any issues with delivery or the product itself.
- Answering the phone to retailers and dealing with their enquiries or passing on to the correct person.
- Checking invoices/delivery notes to store in our system and uploading onto a finance platform to trigger payment.
- Helping to keep an organised office with an up to date database.
**Skills**:
- Good and confident telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft office.
- Excellent customer service.
- Good organisational and time keeping skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Attention to detail as dealing with several documents with personal information.
- Able to work as a team and autonomously.
This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our retailer and lending partners in order to ensure smooth operations.
