We specialise in the collection of a wide range of electronic devices powered by plugs or batteries, as well as other end-of-life business assets from multinational corporations, local governments, and small to medium-sized businesses.

Our services extend to the refurbishment and repurposing of items such as fridges, computers, hard drives, televisions, and other electrical items. We are an environmentally conscious solutions provider with a visionary approach. To achieve our goals, we are seeking dedicated individuals who understand the value of their contributions.

As an Operations Administrator at HAZ TECH, you will play a key role in our organisation reporting to our Operations Manager.

Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently process and maintain our business information, systems and process. You also be responsible for resolving queries and distributing reports professionally and in a timely manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team and wider business
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handle office supplies inventory and ordering
- Support the operations team with various clerical tasks

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient typing skills and data entry experience
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerised office systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of XERO or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong IT skills, including proficient data entry and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly **Excel**
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines, while effectively organising and prioritizing work tasks
- High levels of accuracy, numeracy, and a methodical approach to tasks
- A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues
- Adaptability to changes in statutory and functional working practices/systems
- Previous administration experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong teamwork capabilities
- Keen eye for detail
- Self-driven/motivated.

**Salary**: £18,582.81-£36,966.77 per year
