**Facilities Administrator**

**Permanent, Full Time**

**Salary: £28,000 - £31,000**

**Hours: Mon-Fri | 8am - 4.30pm**
**Location: Baker Barracks. Thorney Island, Emsworth, PO10 8D (office based)**

Our client are looking for a Facilities Administrator to provide operational support at Baker Barracks in Emsworth.

The Facilities Administrator will provide a variety of administrative duties for our management team to enable a more efficient service to our client.

Your primary focus would be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as helpdesk, logging jobs, interacting with engineers/contactors, invoicing as well as supporting with reporting aspects of the contract.

This is a new role which has been developed to support the core operations and help improve our efficiency of delivery.

It’s a great opportunity for someone with facilities experience to develop their skillset towards becoming a future Facilities Manager.
- Previous administration experience with interest to develop
- An understanding of facilities management would be useful
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarisation with Maximo or similar CAFM system
- Proven IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word etc.) + ability to pick up bespoke systems

**You would be responsible for**:

- Supporting the Site Facilities Manager(s) to ensure a smooth operation
- Managing CAFM system (Maximo) and the management of all planned and reactive works
- Actively managing the subcontracted delivery with invoices/paperwork issues
- Providing reporting on works undertaken/ to be undertaken
- Supporting with compliance reviews when needed
- Attending client meetings in a note/minute taking capacity
- Assisting senior management team when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
