**Job Title: Group Payroll Officer, Dungannon**

**Location: Dungannon, Co Tyrone**

**Sal: £24,000 - £28,000**

**Reporting to: Group Payroll Manager**

**Status: Full-time/Permanent**

**Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm**

**Holidays: 29 Days (Including Bank Holidays)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and processing of multi sites payrolls paying 2500+ employees.
- Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions.
- Weekly RTI submissions.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Liaise with HR re: staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, condition of service and other relevant matters.
- Liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related queries

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- 18-24 months experience as a payroll administrator or similar
- Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
- In depth understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages to process and manage payroll accurately and timely.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyse reports and reconcile data
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Desirable**
- CIPP Qualification
- Experience of using People XD Payroll Software
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
