**Group Payroll Officer - Dungannon - Salary not disclosed**
**The Role**:
- Preparation and processing of multi sites payrolls paying 2500+ employees.
- Ensure accurate payslips are produced and distributed on a timely basis.
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations including Pensions.
- Weekly RTI submissions.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Liaise with HR re staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, condition of service and other relevant matters.
- Liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related
**Essential**:
- 1-2 years experience as a payroll administrator or similar
- Experience of operating weekly high volume payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
- In depth understanding of payroll procedures/processes.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and relevant payroll packages to process and manage payroll accurately and timely.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, analyse reports and reconcile data
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Desirable**
- CIPP Qualification
- Experience of using People XD payroll software
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel
