**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and to telephone our customers to schedule deliveries
- You will need strong IT skills as you will be required to use our bespoke IT system to arrange and coordinate the deliveries.
- Input information into our IT system at the same time as speaking to our customers on the phone
- Talking to customers on the phone but also has a real attention to detail to ensure the work is coordinated accurately

**Mandatory Compliance Requirements**
- CV
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- The last 2 years written references with all gaps verified
- Experience of working in an busy -office / telephone based environment
- Administration experience
- A team with over 20 years Administration Public Sector/Trades/Built Environment/Construction Recruitment experience
- Access to a wide selection of vacancies across the UK
- The choice of PAYE or Limited company schemes
- Weekly payroll service
- Excellent rates of pay

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.60 per hour
