As a small business on a journey to becoming significantly bigger and following the award of a new contract we are looking to expand our workforce. This is a chance for the right person to enjoy becoming part of our future ongoing success.

Tasks include:

- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Type, format, and write reports
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Works planning/assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Hiring plant and kit
- Utilize office equipment and computer software for administrative tasks
- Perform other various clerical tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Excellent standard of communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work as part of small team in a busy office environment
- Organizational skills
- Able to priortise your own workload
- Computer proficient
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment, utilizing your administrative skills to support our small team effectively. Full training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
