**Maintenance Person**
As a Maintenance Person, your role involves providing a comprehensive maintenance and caretaking service to ensure the upkeep of the nursing home and its grounds, including gardens where applicable. Your responsibilities include general maintenance tasks and working collaboratively with the team to foster a happy and caring atmosphere.
Whether you are redecorating a room for an incoming resident, installing a new carpet, engaging in a friendly chat while changing a light bulb for a resident, or conducting a fire alarm check.

- Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- Full and clean driving license.
