Holiday Let Cleaner

We are seeking cleaners to join our team on behalf of our owners. As a cleaner, you will
be responsible for maintaining a clean property with strong attention to detail.

**Duties**:
You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing the accommodation to the highest
standard and ensuring it is ready for the guests’ arrival.

**A full changeover clean to include**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting,
polishing, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen etc.
- Making up of beds, the clean linen is supplied, and you need to collect it from our
Sidmouth office. Notify management of any damages or maintenance issues

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, washing up liquid and soap for guest use
- Put out the recycling/bins for the property when necessary

**You will need to be able to**:

- Work on a self-employed basis.
- Have the ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- You will need excellent attention to detail

**Hours and days**:

- Seasonal role - immediate start - option to extend during the low season may be
possible.
- Friday and/or Saturday working hours between 10am - 4pm
- You can choose Friday or Saturday
- We are looking for housekeepers to clean properties in Sidmouth & Budleigh.
- Work for a minimum of 3 hours could be up to 12 hours per week.
- Regular work, with the same properties at the same time each week
- Competitive rate of pay.
- We also welcome cleaners who currently run their own business who are looking
for additional customers to top up their cleaning round

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 2 per week
