**Pay Grade**: FM Grade C £22,382 - £23,548

**Job Role**:

- Issue offers of employment letters
- Complete new starter checks in a timely manner and proactively monitor progress
- Ensure staff personal files and employee and applicant data recorded in the HR system (ESR/ Blue Octopus), is accurate, up to date and held in accordance with Data Protection principles
- Prepare contracts of employment using approved templates
- Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner, dealing with queries, forwarding caller on to relevant person or taking messages
- Support meetings when required: type documents, diary management, make appointments, arrange meetings, prepare and circulate meeting paperwork, take minutes, etc
- Training - recording of training, booking training courses and accommodation (where required)

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**:

- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Level 2 Business Administration qualification or equivalent demonstrated knowledge
- Job applicant/customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good IT skills including all Microsoft packages
