Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Corporate HR team at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate HR team, including minute taking, data entry, and document management.
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including job evaluation and staff engagement.
- Communicate effectively with staff across the organization, providing proactive guidance and advice.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with NHS regulations.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
