**THE ROLE**:
Join us as our Customer Service Advisor within our EV Cargo Solutions team.

**THE SALARY**:
Competitive based on experience

**SHIFT PATTERN**:
4/on 4/off rolling shift pattern, 12-hour night shift.

**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**:
Ashby de la Zouch, LE65 1JR.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Working as part of the EV Cargo Solutions team you will be required to work independently following set processes and procedures to achieve the best outcome for the customer and the company. You will be working with large-scale well-known customer brands and multiple carriers across the UK.
- Be the main point of contact with the customer and hauliers, out of hours, for information sharing and issue resolution.
- Monitor trailer situations across all depots.
- Chase collections and complete the issue log for each event that will affect delivery.
- Develop strong working relationships and trust with key contacts.
- Take ownership and responsibility from the initial order through to successful delivery.
- Proactively monitor all areas of key sensitivity ensuring compliance to process and customer request.
- Responsible for compilation and distribution of relevant reports and KPI’s.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Previous customer service experience along with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience of working within a small team environment.
- Experience of Windows 10 in a business capacity.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Administration skills.
