PCB Assembler

Production Operatives - Based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (LE65) - Paying £11.20 per hour.

**Your duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- The mechanical assembly of products including cabling and wiring to production standards, including:

- Final assembly of cases
- Bonding of doors to required standards
- Second-stage assembly including soldering
- Sub-assembly operations and fitting, following ‘booking in’ systems for any sub-assemblies back to stores
- Placement of LED units to meet technical specifications on design
- Perform any general re-work duties from Units 1,3 or QA to ensure standards are achieved in final products
- Carry out inspections on manufacturing processes to ensure quality and specifications correct
- Follow the ‘white ticket’ system to ensure that finished items are recorded for stock
- When required to perform soldering to support the production process in all areas of production
- To take part in PCB testing
- To set up and operate the flow line

You will work Monday to Thursday 8 am till 5 pm and Friday 8 am till 1 pm. In return for your hard work, you will be paid £11.20 per hour.

The position would be ideal for someone who has a mechanical, software or electrical work history.

- To ensure that all quality procedures are adhered to and that continuous improvement takes place
- Any other duties to benefit customers, maximize efficiency and ensure that quality standards are maintained

This is an ongoing role with the potenital of a permanent contract for the right individual.
