PCB Assembler

**PCB Assembler - Paying £11.19 per hour - Based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire (LE65)**

**Duties of the role**:

- The mechanical assembly of products including cabling and wiring to production standards, including:

- Final assembly of cases
- Bonding of doors to required standards
- Second stage assembly including soldering
- Sub assembly operations and fitting, following ‘booking in’ systems for any sub-assemblies back to stores
- Placement of LED units to meet technical specifications on design
- Perform any general re-work duties from Units 1,3 or QA to ensure standards are achieved in final products
- Carry out inspections on manufacturing processes to ensure quality and specifications correct
- Follow ‘white ticket’ system to ensure that finished items are recorded for stock
- When required to perform soldering to support the production process in all areas of production
- To take part in PCB testing
- To set up and operate the flow line

Working days and hours are Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm and Friday 8am till 1pm. You will be paid £11.19 per hour.

**Requirements of the role**:

- To maintain awareness of health & safety rules and procedures and to protect self and others at all times
- To ensure that all quality procedures are adhered to and that continuous improvement takes place
- Any other duties to benefit customers, maximise efficiency and ensure that quality standards are maintained

The position would be ideal for someone who has a mechanical, software or electrical work history.

This role has the potenital of a permanent contract for the right individual.
