**Health & Safety and CDM Advisor**

The post will be based in Port Talbot with some home working by arrangement and UK wide travel.

The core role will be delivering CDM and H&S advisory services to our clients across a range of projects with varying scope and complexities.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out the duties of Principal Designer Advisor.
- Providing CDM advice and support to Clients.
- Being a key point of contact for our Clients.
- Providing relevant CDM documentation.
- Attending design team meetings, workshops, reviewing designs and design strategies
- Carrying out site health & safety inspections and issuing reports.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience of acting as a Health & Safety Advisor in a construction environment with a thorough understanding of the Construction (Design &
Management) Regulations 2015
- An existing Health & Safety qualification such as a NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH

Construction or equivalent
- Ambitious and enthusiastic and able to work independently
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- A proactive and balanced approach to H&S management
- A full UK driving licence is essential together with the use of own vehicle for business travel with paid expenses
