We are looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to provide support across our team.

The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Quality Safety & Improvement Team

The Administrative Assistant will be expected to provide a support service to manage their daily schedule, including forward planning of workload, diary management, arranging meetings, co-ordinating and collating all relevant paperwork and undertaking general administrative duties as required.

To routinely arrange meetings, print reports, letters and other documents, as requested by the Corporate Quality & Safety Facilitator and management and undertake all general administrative duties as required within the team. The postholder will be expected to attend and take notes in meetings.

The postholder will be expected to manage their own workload and therefore act independently.
