IT Procurement Specialist

As part of the IT procurement team, you will enable and support the IT department in delivering our company objectives by working closely with the various IT stakeholders, IT Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of business requirement.
You’ll get to build and maintain excellent relationships with a range of different IT vendors and resellers, negotiating price, quality, timeliness, and ensure that Jagex receives the best value for the correct and appropriate goods and services.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Managing existing IT Vendor management: building and maintaining excellent relationships with a range of different IT vendors
- Managing the day-to-day procurement of all IT equipment and services: you’ll be analysing and processing purchasing requests and liaising with supplier to ensure timely delivery of goods
- T inventory and asset management: you’ll track and monitor the IT inventory and determine when to order or purchase new items.
- IT software and support license renewals: you’ll proactively manage all IT license and subscription renewals, and keep finance informed of annual spend
- You’ll be responsible for data center logistics
- Responsible for keeping IT Procurement and IT Product Catalogue documents and information up to date.
- Assisting the IT Procurement Manager in IT Project Discovery meetings
**What we're looking for**:
- Strong understanding of IT (Corporate, Development, and Games)
- Previous experience working in a procurement position
- Experience with contract management
- A strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid organisation skills
