**Responsibilities**:

- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Deal with incoming sales orders and customer service queries
- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain and update files, records, and databases
- Provide reporting to the management team
- Assist with data entry and data management
- Type and proofread documents, reports, and other materials
- Provide general office support such as ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Maintain office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word,

Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
