This is a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to support our FM operations team. An Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records of our FM provision and company documentation. With the support and guidance of the wider team you'll learn how to receive and handle various documents ranging from quotations, work packages, health & safety documentation as well as material procurement and process using various different IT systems.
**Your mission**
Reviewing and distributing documents in line with agreed departmental procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and logging distributed documents
- Processing responses to documents issued
- Chasing up responses to documents issued where required
- Procurement of materials and subcontracted services
- Raising of planned and reactive work tasks
- Using various software system such as MS Word, Excel as well as project specific systems such as Concept
- Maintaining Health & Safety records and ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements
- General administrative duties as may arise from time to time
BAM FM offers all employees the opportunity to access online e-learning through our BAM connect system which you'll use to keep up to date with all company policies and procedures as well as legislation and guidance applicable to document control.

If you're someone who is process driven, organised and has good attention to detail you'll be well suited to a Administration Apprenticeship. Liaising with professionals out on projects means you'll also need to be a great communicator and be able to use your initiative. You will be handling contract critical documentation whether that's for BAM or our client.
Confidence using IT systems is really important, alongside the usual MS Office Suite there are in
- house systems you will be trained up on by other members of the team.
For this apprenticeship GCSE's in English and Maths at Grade 4 or above are desirable
