This is a key role within newly created IT team within Subs will have a huge impact on the delivery of technology into the business.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

**What you will be doing**:
You will identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project and ensures quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
- Ensure that R-R standards project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Manage the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and signed off.
- Monitor and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliverable acceptance process and plan, organize, coordinate, and lead the project team; manage project progress and regularly report on status.

- Experience of Project management and planning and control activities and ideally, project management qualification for example: APM.
- Knowledge/experience of SAP, Coupa and Primavera P6 is required and experience of working up comprehensive BoEs.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage short, medium
- and long-term activities and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the business.
