**MATERNITY COVER - Telecare Area Coordinator**

**Location: Ashford, Kent**

**Contract type: full time, MATERNITY COVER - temporary, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.**

**The Role**: The Red Alert Telecare team provide fully managed TECS equipment services (telecare, telehealth and other assistive technology) to our clients. At the core of our business, we provide industry leading stock control support from our stores based in Ashford, Kent.

We are looking to recruit an Area Coordinator (on a maternity cover, temporary basis) to join our dedicated team who will be responsible for the administration functions relating to Red Alert’s Telecare contracts, including handling client telephone queries, contacting service users to arrange assessments, installations, collections and fault calls, and ensuring all databases are maintained to the highest standard. The Telecare Coordinator will also be responsible for scheduling the Engineer and Telecare Advisor team’s diaries, and making regular contact with the engineering team.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration is required and experience within client and stock databases and a call centre will be an advantage, experience within the care sector would also be desirable, however full training will be provided. It is essential that you have a positive can do attitude and excellent team and work ethics. This is a highly visible role and you will be an ambassador for Red Alert and our clients, therefore a professional outlook and approach is essential
