Support the Group Operations Manager and in providing group management information, systems administration, personal development and training support and implementing new care projects.

**Qualifications and Training - **Business Administration/Management

**Previous Work Experience - **-Experience working in a residential home / Experience of administration and project planning.

**Knowledge and Understanding - **Understanding of database software / -Understanding of training administration.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work under pressure including dealing with multiple demands.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, building good relationships, listening to and supporting colleagues.
- Advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of using database software.
- Ability to read and write clearly in English.
- Hardworking and conscientious, with ability to organise time to complete allocated tasks.
- Commitment to equality and diversity.
- Commitment to learning about residential care and improving personal skills.
